The 8th is a par 5. It might not appear the longest of par 5's but a good driver off the tee is liable to danger with a very narrow fairway - water to the left and bunkers on the right. The 2nd is likely to be a lay up - where you need to stay clear of the large tree in the middle of the fairway. An uphill approach awaits to a green well protected by bunkers.
