The opening hole at Highlands is a par 4 which follows the side of the driving range before doglegging left around the end. Numerous bunkers litter the area around the corner on the left, so keep your tee shot straight. A steep slope separates two tiers on the green, so make sure you get on the right part of the green - do so and this is a relatively safe opener.
