The 11th is an entertaining par 4. Not the longest hole on the course, but it doglegs left around a lake. The tee shot presents a decision - play it safe down the fairway, or go over the side of the lake and hope to leave a shorter approach shot. Bear in mind that there is water on the right of the fairway too.

The approach shot is made a lot easier if your tee shot is in the middle of the fairway, past the corner. Two large bunkers, both with trees in them guard both sides of the green. Go too far and there is OB beyond the green. The approach is made harder as a difficult putt will be left for anyshot that isn't close to the pin.

The green can be a real challenge. A spine runs front to back along the middle of the green, sloping away to both sides. The back of the green is also significantly higher than the front, so even short putt can be challenging on this green.
