Avoid the water, and you'll work out ok on this par 3. The hole is particularly attractive, so much so that the course owner has built a rather nice house overlooking it. As you tee off the club house is set back over the water to the right too.

As well as the water thats in front, behind, left and right, there is a bunker just in front of the green with a steep enough edge to create a challenge. Once on the green the surface is fairly flat, although balls tend to run off a little to the left.
