By the Book

By the Book, a clever play on words for this bookshop come bar. Situated in the centre of town, it is a great place to sit and read a book, perhaps purchased from the wide selection of second hand books they offer. Besides the book collection, it is a cafe/bar, complete with seating, bar area and pool table - although it has to be said the pool table was far from tournament quality!

Where is it?

By the Book is inside the moat, along a popular bar street, not too far from the U.N. Irish bar. The charm of 'By the Book' goes beyond its novel name and theme combination. It has a very friendly atmosphere and offers a fun 'Thai/Farang' drinking hole.
