The Good View, Chiang Mai

The Good View is a popular bar on the side of the river, near to the Riverside.

The Good View of course offers a pleasant view along the bank of the river. As well as the view, people go to the Good View for their live music, food and atmosphere.

How can you find it? Cross the river from the town over the bridge at the end of Thapae gate. Turn left along the river bank, and the Good View is on the left hand side.

The Good View is well known by those out of town, so often Bangkokians will pay a visit when they come to Chiang Mai - it is not unusual for some famous Thai celebrities to be hanging out there. With this, comes inflated prices. The Good View also offers free internet access!
