The Red Lion

The Red Lion is set up to be a traditional English pub. The stereotypical english name, british beers such as Guinness and Kilkenny on tap, some typical 'old England' pictures on the walls and time honoured pub meals. The atmosphere within the Red Lion is less authentic, with a much more european feel. An outdoor terrace to the front provides much of the seating with a smaller inside section.
Where is it?
The Red Lion has a fantastic location, which explains why it is normally very busy as the night goes on. The Red Lion is a perfect stopping point to escape from the hustle of the night market, being just around the corner - opposite the end of Loi Kroh.
Inside the bar the big screen is prominant offering all the football live, and given its location a good atmosphere is guaranteed, with many travellers returning to the Red Lion year after year. As well as having draught British beer available, the Red Lion also boasts a selection of ciders if that is your taste.

I tried it and thought it was a nice friendly bar with very pleasant staff. I don't know where you are from, but if you looked closely you should have noticed that the pictures were all of Liverpool, which is where the owner is from. They matched up with the signed liverpool football on the wall. A good place to sit and watch the colourful Night Bazaar life while the missus goes shopping. Draught guinness too!!
