The Western Club, Chiang Mai

The Western Club is a traditional Western Bar located at Airport Plaza, the shopping mall near to the airport. The main shop there is Robinson's, but there is a cinema and plenty of shops to keep you entertained. The Western Club is a great place to take a break and have a drink.

So why do I go to the Western Club? Honestly it's to let the wife get on with some shopping in peace! Beyond that it is actually a nice place to go for a drink, and possible even food. Just a stone's throw from the cinema it is a good choice for a pre or post film drink.

The Western club is decorated entirely as your typical film saloon, complete with swing doors, and nicely dressed cowgirls!

Once you're at Airport Central find your way to the top floor of the shopping mall and go to the far end away from Robinson. If you come up the elevator to the Fuji restaurant, take a right. The Western Club is opposite the California Wow! fitness centre, in a quieter end of the shopping mall.
