Getting to Chiang Mai
Chiang Mai has an international airport with flights linking it to several Asian cities, while many travellers connect through the major international airport hub in Bangkok. Alternatively there is a regular train service to Bangkok, where overnight trips provide cheap access to the city. A third option is the bus, which travels from many destinations in Thailand.
